We’ve developed the Lifestages App to give you instant, anytime access to your account using your mobile phone or tablet. 

It’s free and it’s easy. And if you’re ready for a more hands-on, convenient and intimate relationship with your Lifestages KiwiSaver account, it’s just what you need.

At the tap of a finger, you’ll be able to check the value of your Lifestages KiwiSaver investment, see your account’s latest transactions (each clearly identified), and change your contact details and your PIR rate.  You can also change the mix of funds you are invested in by changing your investment profile.

How do I install the Lifestages App?

It will only take a couple of minutes. Installing the App just requires a few quick taps on your device.   If you need further help, we’ve created instructional videos below to help guide you.  You can get the Lifestages App onto your mobile device by following these easy steps: 

  1. First up, use your mobile device to visit  https://www.Lifestages.co.nz/app/
  2. Once you’re there, you can add the App to your device by following the ‘add to home screen’ feature.  This differs a little bit depending on what type of device you have. 
    • For Apple iPhones or iPads, it is just three taps and you are done.  First, tap the  icon.  This will present a new menu of options.  Scroll to the right through these options until you see and tap the ‘add to home screen’  icon.  Then tap ‘Done’.  The Lifestages KiwiSaver App will now appear on your device.
    • For Android devices, you should automatically get prompted to tap “Add Lifestages to your device”, then tap “Add”.  The Lifestages KiwiSaver App will now appear on your device.

What is the Lifestages App for?

The Lifestages App is for our KiwiSaver members.  If you’re ready for a more hands-on, convenient and intimate relationship with your Lifestages KiwiSaver account, it’s just what you need.  We’ve developed the Lifestages App to give you instant, anytime access to your account using your mobile phone or tablet. 

What can I do on the Lifestages App?

You are able to securely log in to see your Lifestages KiwiSaver balance, transaction history, and other useful information about your Lifestages KiwiSaver investments.  In addition, you are able to load changes to your profile, including change your PIR, update your contact details, and change your investment profile. 

We have also added useful information about the Lifestages KiwiSaver funds and their performance. 

You can also use some of our planning tools, and we will soon be adding more tools for you to use.

How can I access my investment information?

The Lifestages App features a log-in button.  Tap on this button to securely log-in to see your Lifestages Kiwisaver balance, transaction history, and other useful information about your Lifestages Kiwisaver investments.

How can I get a log-in ID and password?

Many of our Lifestages KiwiSaver members already have a log-in and password so they can see information about their Lifestages KiwiSaver investments.  The same log-in ID and password will work on the Lifestages App.  So if you have a Lifestages log-in already, you are good to go.

If you need to get a log-in, you need to register by going to this web page https://www.lifestages.co.nz/member-login/

Note that to obtain a log-in, we need to have your verified email loaded on our systems.  If we do not have your verified email loaded on our systems, to protect you we need to run a few checks to make sure the email address really belongs to you.

How can I reset my password?

You can easily re-set your password by going to this web page.  If you get stuck, do contact us and we will help you out.

Can I still log in using e-Registry?

Any member with a log-in has been able to use their desktop computer or laptop to securely check their Lifestages KiwiSaver balance and information.  There is no change to this service at all – you can still log in in exactly the same way.  Go to the Lifestages website to log-in.

By securely logging in using your desktop computer or laptop we can give you access to more detailed information than you can get via the Lifestages App, such as seeing your correspondence.

Is the Lifestages App accessible through SBS Mobile App or SBS Internet Banking?

No.  The Lifestages App and Lifestages KiwiSaver and its App are separate to any SBS Bank’s technology. 

Lifestages KiwiSaver Scheme is provided by a wholly owned subsidiary of SBS Bank called FANZ (Funds Administration New Zealand). 

What investment products are included in the Lifestages App?

The App is for our members who have Lifestages KiwiSaver investments.  However, you will also see any investments you have in our non-KiwiSaver Lifestages investments.

Synergy investments are not included in the Lifestages App.

How can I change my investment profile?

Expand

Your investment profile determines how all of your contributions and accumulated balance(s) will be allocated between the Lifestages KiwiSaver funds.  Your account balances are automatically rebalanced annually (currently in August) to maintain their balance in line with your chosen investment profile.

You can switch your existing Lifestages KiwiSaver Scheme account balance and future contributions between funds by using the ‘change investment profile’ feature in the Lifestages App.

Do I need to install new versions of the App?

No.  Once the App is on your device, it will always be up to date.  To keep things convenient, when we do add extras and improvements, the changes will be installed automatically. There will be no upgrade action required by you.

What does this mean for my existing Lifestages KiwiSaver log-in?

The launch of the Lifestages KiwiSaver App service will not change this in any way. In fact, you can use your same member log-in ID and password.  The Lifestages KiwiSaver App is an additional and separate new service, but we have kept this simple for you as you can use the same member log-in and password.

Can I still log in using my computer?

Yes. You can still log in to see how your Lifestages KiwiSaver investment is going using  your computer in the same way, by going here: https://lifestages.co.nz/member-login/.
